In consideration for your time and the time of the Certified Foot Care Technician, there is a 15 -minute grace period for all appointments. Please call if you will be arriving late to your appointment. Appointments held for 15 minutes or longer without prior notification will be considered a no-show appointment and charged a cancellation fee of 30% of service total. Out of respect to other appointments, all late arrivals risk either receiving an abbreviated service, cancellation fee or losing the appointment. If a service is shortened due to time constraints, the cost of the service(s) originally booked will still be charged. ​​Cancellations Tender Soles Waterless Pedicure Studio is committed to providing high-quality service and a seamless experience for all guests. To honor the time and resources reserved for each appointment, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Window Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled time without penalty. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed (including same-day cancellations) will incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost, which will be charged to the card on file. No Call/No Show appointments will result in a charge of 30% of service(s) booked.
